Virginia Gustafson

Virginia first became involved at Raleigh Rescue Mission in 2015 when the Lord put a calling in her heart to do more to live the way Jesus lived. That invitation from God led her to volunteer with the Mission, building relationships with clients, playing with the children, getting to know staff and praying earnestly.

As she’s watched the Mission transform over the past few years, Virginia is excited by the daily opportunity to serve the clients, team, volunteers, and donors of Raleigh Rescue Mission. She feels honored to be in a role where she gets to provide vision, direction and engagement to a variety of teams.

When she’s not working, Virginia can be found spending time with family and friends. She loves to cook, be outdoors, and explore downtown Raleigh.
