Quinn Newman

While taking time off to self-reflect on the passing of her dad, Quinn ran across the posting for the Manager for the Child Development Center of Raleigh Rescue Mission. She instantly connected to this and applied for the position, knowing that she met the qualifications and had the experience. Although she never worked for a non-profit organization before, after multiple interviews she was hired for the position and has been a part of a Ministry that she’s grown to love.

Quinn graduated with an undergraduate degree in Child Development and a graduate degree in Psychology. She has over ten years of experience in childcare and working to develop and help children grow is a passion that she has. She was excited to jump at this opportunity that provided the chance to impact the future generation. All children are created differently. Quinn believes that every child will not learn at the same style or pace, but every child is capable of succeeding, and that is why she dedicates her time to every child that walks into the doors of the Mission.

When she’s not working, Quinn enjoys family time with her husband Codey and two children (considered Irish twins because they are 11 months apart), Baleigh and Greyson. Her family loves football and are Raiders fans. They also enjoy cooking together and exploring new parks.
