Faith has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, and 15 years of experience as a fundraiser. Her love of philanthropy began in New York City in 2007 where she co-founded, directed, and financially built an organization, Restore NYC, from the ground up. She has worked for a variety of nonprofits in rural, suburban, and major metropolitan communities across the country. Faith received a Bachelor of Social Administration from Temple University and a Master of Social Work from Columbia University.

Faith joined the Raleigh Rescue Mission team in February 2022. She is thrilled to share her knowledge and skills to help advance “this Kingdom work here on earth.” She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, as well as reading, hiking, and running. She is a proud finisher of the 2019 NYC Marathon (one and done!).
