Job Summary: Responsible for the overall operations of kitchen/dining area and back of house. Hires staff, purchases food and stock, trains staff on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques. Manages the food service preparation, kitchen cleanliness, disposal of food, and upholds sanitation standards. Monitors all donated food items for freshness and quality. Oversees and directs food service team, volunteers and clients in vocational training.
