Recent tornados that struck the Raleigh area devastated families and destroyed homes, leaving many in need of our prayer and help. Raleigh Rescue Mission is helping those affected by the recent tornadoes through supporting one of our key partners, Centro Internacional Raleigh (CIR). CIR is focusing their tornado disaster relief in the Stony Brook Mobile Home Park.
Since the tornadoes hit, CIR has been at Stony Brook ministering to people and assessing their greatest needs. Now that the effort to rebuild the homes destroyed is underway, their greatest need is for building supplies and materials. Below is a list of the items they need most as of yesterday. Please bring donations to 3000 Stonybrook Drive in Raleigh, just inside the entrance of the mobile home park. For more information or to volunteer, visit www.ciraleigh.org or contact John Faison at 919-345-9575 or 919-872-7720.
