Landscape Manager, CASA
Phil is the Landscape Manager for CASA in Raleigh and has been with CASA for seven years. He previously worked for the Department of Corrections’ Polk Youth Institution for eight years. He is also President and Founder of Lost Sheep Outreach Ministry. Founded in 1996, Lost Sheep helps the homeless; meeting the homeless where they are, providing for their physical care and needs, and ministering to their spiritual needs.
Phil has lived in Raleigh for 25 years and has a son. He enjoys serving the homeless population of Raleigh, the outdoors and fishing in Raleigh’s lakes and along the Carolina coast. He attends Christ Our King Community Church in Cary.
Phil is serving as a RRM Board Member because of the heart the Mission and its leaders have for God and the homeless and hurting in our community. He also enjoys serving on the Mission’s BOD because it gives him another opportunity to use the gifts that God has given him to help the homeless population in Raleigh and to respond to the Lord’s call to serve the poor and homeless.
