David Divine

David Divine has been in the real estate business for 15 years and currently is a Senior Vice President of Colliers International in Raleigh, which provides commercial real estate services. He specializes in the sale of commercial real estate assets. Previously he was a partner in Divine Stoltz Realty and worked at York Properties.

David received an undergraduate degree from UNC-CH, has lived in Raleigh for 20 years and is married with three young children. He is a member of Edenton Street United Methodist Church, where he also served on their BOD and is involved in a weekly men’s bible study.He enjoys playing golf and tennis, fishing and coaching his son’s football and basketball teams.

David serves as a RRM Board Member because he enjoys putting his faith into action by serving and helping to make the life-changing services of RRM available to more homeless and hurting men, women and children.
