Raleigh Rescue Mission - Mission of Hope - Spetember 15 - January 15

Mission of Hope
September 15 - January 15
Our Goal: $1.6 million

Each September, Raleigh Rescue Mission launches our Mission of Hope campaign to raise 50 to 60 percent of our year-round budgeted needs. During October, November and December, donors contribute more than half the income we need to fund our programs and services for homeless and hungry men, women and children, along with staffing, upkeep and improvements of our facilities.

Please prayerfully consider supporting Mission of Hope 2008. Help us build the financial foundation we need to provide for hurting men, women and children the rest of the year.

Ways You Can Give:

  • Give generously online to our Mission of Hope or send your gift to Raleigh Rescue Mission, PO Box 27391, Raleigh, NC, 27611.
  • Gifts of stock, transferred directly to Raleigh Rescue Mission before year-end, provide income for the Mission while giving you a great charitable tax deduction.
  • Involve your church, business or organization in Mission of Hope. Come for a tour then set a goal to help us reach ours!

Operation Restoration June 21 & 28

Operation Restoration
June 21 & June 28
Downtown Raleigh

On June 21, Raleigh Rescue Mission launched Operation Restoration, a new community outreach ministry. Raleigh Rescue Mission will help homeowners with homes in need of repair in the downtown Raleigh area who otherwise could not afford to make the repairs. Each home we tackle will receive a facelift; projects may include exterior painting, siding and window replacement, rain gutter replacement/repair, roof repair, landscaping and more. This home restoration ministry is supported by donations of building materials, volunteers and a licensed general contractor leads each team of volunteers.

A special thanks to all the volunteers and donors who helped make this project possible. For a list of all our supporters, click here.
