Ann Hahn is Director of Advanced Services at Cisco Systems where she has been working since 2001. Ann grew up in Raleigh and graduated from NC State with a degree in Industrial Engineering.  She also holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina- Greensboro. Ann has worked in various leadership roles from Strategy, Planning and Operations to Service Delivery at American Express, Ericsson, Learning Technologies, and Cisco Systems. She and her husband also spent one year in Venezuela teaching English as a Second Language.

Ann is married to Alan Hahn, the founder of Iron Academy in Raleigh where he leads young men in their pursuit of biblical manhood, superb academics, and leadership training. They are the parents of two amazing children, both of whom love the Lord.  Ann has been involved in volunteering with several non-profit ministries including Communities in Schools and the Salvation Army. She has also been teaching Kindergarten at Journey Church for the past four years.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis and taking classes at the gym. Ann is passionate about helping others identify and develop their gifts to their full potential so they can serve others as the hands and feet of Jesus.
